The invention relates to the technical field of ship cooling, and provides an impact-resistant seawater cooler and an impact-resistant seawater cooling system. According to the impact-resistant seawater cooler, a shell is a flexible shell, the shell can extend in the length direction of the shell under the impact of seawater, and a first liquid inlet and a first liquid outlet are formed in the two ends, extending in the length direction, of the shell correspondingly; the multiple flexible heat exchange pipes are arranged in the shell, an inlet of each flexible heat exchange pipe communicates with the first liquid inlet, an outlet of each flexible heat exchange pipe communicates with the first liquid outlet, each flexible heat exchange pipe comprises a plurality of bent parts which are sequentially connected, and under the impact of seawater, the flexible heat exchange pipes can extend in the length direction of the flexible heat exchange pipes. According to the impact-resistant seawater cooler, during seawater impact, the flexible heat exchange tubes and the shell extend in the length direction of the flexible heat exchange tubes and the shell so as to absorb impact energy of seawater, and therefore the strength of the heat exchange tubes can be guaranteed under the condition that the wall thickness of the heat exchange tubes is not increased.

    本发明涉及船舶冷却技术领域,提供一种耐冲击海水冷却器及耐冲击海水冷却系统。上述的耐冲击海水冷却器,包括:壳体为柔性壳体,壳体在海水的冲击下可沿自身的长度方向延伸,壳体沿长度方向延伸的两端分别设有第一进液口和第一出液口;多个柔性换热管设置于壳体内,每个柔性换热管的进口与第一进液口连通,每个柔性换热管的出口与第一出液口连通,每个柔性换热管包括多个依次连接的弯曲部,在海水的冲击下,柔性换热管能够沿自身的长度方向延伸。上述的耐冲击海水冷却器,在海水冲击时,柔性换热管和壳体沿自身的长度方向延伸,以吸收海水的冲击能量,从而可以在不增加换热管壁厚的情况下,保证换热管的强度。
