According to the self-flowing type conformal cooler, each first heat exchange plate is provided with a plurality of first flow channels, the first ends of the first flow channels are arranged on the arc face of the front edge of a bulbous bow of a ship and face the bulbous bow, the second ends of the first flow channels are arranged on the side face of the bulbous bow and face the stern, and part of the first flow channels are wavy flow channels; the multiple second heat exchange plates and the multiple first heat exchange plates are stacked at intervals, each second heat exchange plate is provided with a second flow channel, and the flowing direction of fluid is opposite to the flowing direction of seawater. According to the self-flowing type conformal cooler, the flowing direction of seawater is opposite to the flowing direction of fluid, so that bilateral convection is enhanced, and the heat exchange capacity of the conformal cooler is improved; according to the conformal cooler, part of the first flow channel is arranged to be the wave-shaped flow channel, so that the function of accompanying wave resistance reduction is achieved, the through-flow resistance of the seawater flow channel is reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency of the conformal cooler is improved.

    本发明涉及船舶动力技术领域,提供一种自流式共形冷却器及冷却系统。上述的自流式共形冷却器,包括:每个第一换热板设有多个第一流道,第一流道的第一端设置于船舶的球艏前缘弧面且朝向球艏,第一流道的第二端设置于球艏侧面且朝向船艉,部分第一流道为波浪形流道;多个第二换热板与多个第一换热板间隔层叠设置,每个第二换热板设有第二流道,流体的流动方向与海水的流动方向相反。上述的自流式共形冷却器,通过将海水的流动方向与流体的流动方向设置为相反,强化了双侧对流,提高了共形冷却器的换热能力;通过将第一流道的部分流道设置为波浪形流道,起到了随行波减阻的作用,降低了海水流道的通流阻力,提高了共形冷却器的换热效率。
