The problems that in the prior art, rotation of single-point mooring can cause the angle change of the photovoltaic module, then the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module is reduced, frequent rotation can affect the strength of a connecting piece of a mooring rope and a floating body structure, fatigue of a mechanical rod piece is likely to be caused, and the stability of the overall structure is affected are solved.
