The invention provides an anti-collision cab framework and a mining dump truck. The anti-collision cab framework comprises a bottom frame, a top frame, a plurality of stand columns and a displacement sensor. The bottom frame is defined by a plurality of bottom beams, and the adjacent bottom beams are connected through corner columns. The top frame is located above the bottom frame and is defined by a plurality of top beams, and the adjacent top beams are connected through corner columns; the plurality of upright posts are respectively connected between the plurality of corner posts of the bottom frame and the plurality of corner posts of the top frame; the displacement sensor is arranged on the outer side surface of the top beam and is used for measuring the ground clearance of the top beam when the mining dump truck overturns, so that a driver can judge the escape opportunity according to the ground clearance; the bottom beams, the top beams and the stand columns are all of an anti-collision beam structure, each anti-collision beam structure comprises multiple layers of grid structures and connecting rib plates, the multiple layers of grid structures are sequentially arranged in a sleeved mode from outside to inside, a gap is formed between every two adjacent layers of grid structures, and the connecting rib plates extend to the outermost layer of grid structure from the centers of the anti-collision beam structures in the radial direction. The connecting rib plates are connected to the multiple layers of grid structures correspondingly.

    本发明提出一种防碰撞司机室骨架及矿用自卸车,防碰撞司机室骨架包括底架、顶架、多根立柱以及位移传感器;底架由多根底梁围合而成,相邻的底梁之间经由角柱连接;顶架位于底架的上方并由多根顶梁围合而成,相邻的顶梁之间经由角柱连接;多根立柱分别连接于底架的多个角柱与顶架的多个角柱之间;位移传感器设置于顶梁的外侧面,位移传感器用于在矿用自卸车倾覆时测量顶梁的离地间隙,据此供司机判断逃生时机;底梁、顶梁和立柱均为防撞梁结构,防撞梁结构包括多层格栅结构及连接筋板,多层格栅结构由外至内依次套设,相邻两层格栅结构之间具有间隙,连接筋板沿径向由防撞梁结构的中心延伸至最外层的格栅结构,连接筋板分别连接于多层格栅结构。
