The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobile power battery collision avoidance, and particularly relates to a new energy automobile power battery collision avoidance system which comprises a monitoring module, an adjustment execution module and a control module. Through the arrangement of a monitoring module and an infrared sensor, the deformation part and the deformation degree in the power battery bin during collision can be obtained; the control module obtains deformation data and controls and adjusts the execution module; and the adjustment execution module divides the power battery into a plurality of battery blocks through a plurality of push rods, and the battery blocks are dispersed, avoided and placed in non-extruded positions in the power battery bin through the push rods and the base sliding rails. Through cooperative arrangement of the monitoring module, the adjustment execution module and the control module, the power battery can be effectively prevented from being impacted and punctured when an automobile is collided, and the situation that due to mutual extrusion and deformation of the battery blocks, a battery diaphragm is torn and short-circuited, combustible electrolyte leaks, and linkage fire breaks out is avoided; and the safety of the power battery of the electric vehicle is effectively improved.

    本发明属于新能源汽车动力电池防撞技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源汽车动力电池防撞系统,包括监测模块、调整执行模块和控制模块;通过监测模块红外线传感器的设置,能够获取发生碰撞时动力电池仓内的形变部位和形变程度;控制模块获取形变数据并控制调整执行模块;调整执行模块通过多个推杆将动力电池分开为多个电池块,通过推杆以及底座滑轨将电池块分散避让放置到动力电池仓内未被挤压的位置。本发明通过监测模块、调整执行模块和控制模块的配合设置,能够有效避免在汽车发生碰撞时动力电池受到冲击和穿刺,以及防止各电池块相互挤压,产生变形,导致电池隔膜撕裂短路,可燃电解液泄漏,引起连锁起火,有效提升了电动汽车动力电池的安全性。
