The invention provides a self-checking system and self-checking method for a battery replacing process of a battery replacing station supporting operation. The self-checking system comprises a battery replacing process display module, a vehicle information simulation module, a vehicle off-position and in-position simulation control module and a battery replacing process trigger module. The battery swap process display module establishes communication with the battery swap station control system through a local area network; the vehicle information simulation module provides a man-machine interaction page on one hand and also provides external service capability on the other hand; and the vehicle off-site in-place simulation control module establishes communication with the PLC control service in the battery swap station through a local area network, and provides a human-computer interaction page. The method can replace a real vehicle, interact with the electrical changing station hardware and control system and trigger the automatic electrical changing process of the electrical changing station control system under the condition that no electrical changing vehicle exists, a user detects whether the software and hardware functions of the electrical changing station are abnormal in the electrical changing process, and the electrical changing problem of the electrical changing station is preposed and solved.

    本发明提供了一种支持运营换电站换电流程自检的系统及自检方法,包括换电流程显示模块、车辆信息模拟模块、车辆离在位模拟控制模块以及换电流程触发模块;换电流程显示模块通过局域网与换电站控制系统建立通信;车辆信息模拟模块一方面提供了人机交互页面,另一方面也提供了对外的服务能力;车辆离在位模拟控制模块通过局域网与换电站内的PLC控制服务建立通信,并提供人机交互页面。本发明能够解决在没有换电车辆的情况下,代替真实车辆,与换电站硬件及控制系统进行交互,触发换电站控制系统的自动换电流程,用户去检测换电站在换电过程中,软件和硬件功能上是否存在异常,将换电站换电问题前置并解决。
