The lower end surface of the sleeve plate is rotationally connected with a roller; the front side and the rear side of the lower portion of the suspension frame body are fixedly connected with the inner sides of the supports respectively. An overhauling notch is formed in the top of the suspension frame body, a baffle is arranged above the overhauling notch, and the bottom of the baffle is attached to the top face of the suspension frame body.
