The invention relates to a vehicle heat management system, a control method thereof and a vehicle. A refrigerant circulation loop of the vehicle heat management system comprises a compressor, a condenser, a throttling assembly, a heat exchanger and a reversing part which are sequentially connected. The power battery circulation loop comprises a power battery box and a first circulation water pump, and the first flow path exchanges heat with the refrigerant circulation loop through the heat exchanger; the motor electric control circulation loop comprises a motor control unit, a driving motor, a radiator, a three-way valve and a second circulation water pump which are sequentially connected, the third end of the three-way valve is connected with the second circulation water pump through a fourth flow path, and the fourth flow path exchanges heat with the refrigerant circulation loop through the heat exchanger. The driving motor, the motor control unit and the power battery box are cooled at the same time or respectively through the refrigerant circulation loop, the operation safety of the vehicle under the extreme working condition is improved, and the vehicle thermal management system is high in integration degree, low in energy consumption, high in operation efficiency and low in cost, reduces the occupied space in the vehicle and reduces the design difficulty of the vehicle.
