The invention relates to a heat pump comprehensive waste heat utilization control method based on energy balance, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a refrigerant loop and a heating loop, and designing a pure water source heat pump balance mode, a pure air source heat pump balance mode and a double heat source heat pump balance mode by combining total heat demand, battery heat demand and calculation of available heat of a system; when the double-heat-source heat pump is in a heating state, air heat is absorbed through external exchange, and battery loop heat is absorbed through the battery cooling plate type heat exchanger; when the motor waste heat is in a heat pump state, the motor waste heat is used for heating the passenger compartment; when the air source heat pump is in a heating state, the passenger compartment and the battery are heated in the heat pump mode. According to the method, a unified centralized energy control strategy is adopted, energy requirements and balance of various mode working conditions are considered, and energy balance of all working conditions is achieved by planning a response waste heat utilization scheme in a heating requirement interval; the waste heat utilization function is high in full-scene self-adaptability, the waste heat utilization boundary is widened, the full-working-condition waste heat efficiency is high, and a self-adaptive algorithm is adopted.

    本发明涉及一种基于能量平衡的热泵综合余热利用控制方法,其构建冷媒回路、采暖回路,结合总热需求、电池热需求、以及系统可用热量的计算,设计纯水源热泵平衡模式、纯空气源热泵平衡模式、双热源热泵平衡模式;当双热源热泵制热状态时,通过外换吸收空气热和电池冷却板式换热器吸收电池回路热量;当电机余热热泵状态时,电机余热用于乘员舱加热;当空气源热泵加热状态时,热泵模式对乘员舱和电池加热。本发明采用统一的集中式能量控制策略,兼顾各种模式工况的能量需求及平衡,通过制热需求区间内规划响应余热利用方案,实现全工况实现能量平衡;余热利用功能全场景自适应性强,余热利用边界拓宽,全工况余热效率高,采用自适应算法。
