The invention discloses a tire data acquisition method, which is applied to a tire data acquisition device, the tire data acquisition device comprises an RFID read-write module and a detection module, and the method comprises the following steps: the RFID read-write module receives a control instruction sent by an electronic control unit of a vehicle, sending a radio frequency signal to the detection module based on the control instruction; based on the radio frequency signal, the detection module detects tire data and sends the tire data to the RFID read-write module; and the RFID read-write module is used for uploading the received tire data to the electronic control unit. The invention further discloses a tire data acquisition device and equipment and a storage medium. According to the invention, wireless radio frequency identification is utilized to transmit tire data, so that mutual interference between vehicles is avoided, energy is provided for the sensor in the vehicle tire, the limitation of the service life of the sensor is relieved, and the production cost is reduced.
