The invention relates to a power conversion circuit, a main control board, a controller and an electric vehicle. The power conversion circuit comprises a power conversion chip, a first feedback loop and a second feedback loop, wherein the power conversion chip comprises a power input pin, a voltage output pin and a feedback input pin; the power input pin is connected with a to-be-converted power supply, and the to-be-converted power supply is a first power supply or a second power supply; the voltage output pin is respectively connected with the first end of the first feedback loop and the first end of the second feedback loop, and the feedback input pin is respectively connected with the second end of the first feedback loop and the second end of the second feedback loop; the third end of the first feedback loop is connected with the first control end of the main control chip, and the third end of the second feedback loop is connected with the second control end of the main control chip. The power conversion circuit can be compatible with the conversion of the first power supply and the second power supply, so that the universality of the main control board is improved, the production process is effectively simplified, and meanwhile, the cost of the controller is reduced.
