The invention relates to an integral wire harness with radiating fins and a vehicle, the integral wire harness with the radiating fins comprises at least one conductor and at least one mounting substrate, the mounting substrate is internally provided with at least one channel, the conductor is at least partially arranged in the channel, and the outer wall of the mounting substrate is provided with at least one radiating fin. According to the invention, when current flows through the conductor, the raised temperature of the conductor can be dissipated through the mounting substrate; the heat dissipation fins arranged on the mounting substrate can increase the heat dissipation area of the mounting substrate, enhance the heat dissipation effect and ensure that the temperature of the conductor does not exceed the standard.
