The invention provides a traffic jam monitoring method. The traffic jam monitoring method comprises the following steps: acquiring a video monitoring picture of a monitoring area in real time; when a vehicle target on the video monitoring picture is detected and identified, dynamically calibrating a target frame of the vehicle target; tracking the target frames in the video monitoring picture, and creating vehicle identifiers in one-to-one correspondence with the target frames; and analyzing and determining the congestion level of the monitoring area according to the tracking detection information of all the target frames in the video monitoring picture. A traffic jam monitoring system, a storage medium for storing a computer program for executing the method, and a computer device are also provided. Therefore, the vehicle congestion condition in the specific area can be identified, and the monitoring capability of the traffic congestion state is improved.
本发明提供了一种交通拥堵监测方法,包括步骤:实时获取监控区域的视频监控画面;检测识别到所述视频监控画面上的车辆目标时,动态标定所述车辆目标的目标框;跟踪所述视频监控画面中的所述目标框,并创建与所述目标框一一对应的车辆标识;根据对所述视频监控画面中全部所述目标框的跟踪检测信息,分析确定所述监控区域的拥堵等级。还提供了一种交通拥堵监测系统、用于存储执行所述方法的计算机程序的存储介质以及计算机设备。借此,本发明能够识别特定区域内的车辆拥堵情况,提升交通拥堵状态的监测能力。
