The invention provides a centrifugal electric propulsion engine. The centrifugal electric propulsion engine comprises a rack, the driving shaft is arranged on the rack along the transverse direction; the belt transmission wheel is arranged at the middle end of the driving shaft; the shaft sleeves are respectively sleeved at the left and right ends of the driving shaft; a fixed bevel gear is mounted at the tail end of each shaft sleeve; the upper end and the lower end of each fixed bevel gear are each provided with a driven bevel gear in a meshed mode. The upper driven bevel gear and the lower driven bevel gear are connected through a bevel gear coupler, and a heavy hammer is installed on one side of each driven bevel gear. Directional centrifugal force can be output through a unique bevel gear-heavy hammer-centrifugal force system, driving force far larger than that provided by an existing electric rocket structure can be provided, the structure is simple, cost is low, work is quiet, safety and environment friendliness are achieved, only a power source is needed to drive a motor, carrying is not needed, working media such as inert gas do not need to be supplied regularly, and the use cost is low; the method can be widely applied to orbit maintenance and attitude control of aircrafts such as space station satellites, deep space navigation of spacecrafts, mute navigation of submarines and the like.
