The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation ground tests, and discloses a tension-torsion test device which comprises an internal force system frame assembly, a centrifugal force actuator, a torque loading assembly, a test piece fixing assembly, a tension/torque sensor and a test piece. The internal force system frame assembly is a base for mounting and supporting the centrifugal force actuator and the test piece, and the centrifugal force actuator is arranged at one end of the inner side of the internal force system frame assembly, is connected with the test piece fixing assembly and provides simulated centrifugal force for the test piece; a test piece is installed on the test piece fixing assembly, a force/torque sensor is arranged on the test piece fixing assembly, and the other end of the test piece fixing assembly is connected with the other end of the inner side of the internal force system frame assembly. The torque loading assembly is connected in the direction perpendicular to the fixing direction of the centrifugal force actuator and the test piece fixing assembly and provides simulated torsional force for the test piece. Torque can be applied to a test piece through load or displacement under the action of tensile centrifugal force, and the torsional rigidity of the tension-torsion strip under different centrifugal forces is obtained.
