The invention discloses a composite heating material plate for aviation technology, which comprises two outer carbon plates, the opposite sides of the two outer carbon plates are fixedly connected with outer insulating layers, one sides of the outer insulating layers are fixedly connected with filling layers, one sides of the filling layers far away from the outer insulating layers are fixedly connected with conduction gaskets, and the conduction gaskets are fixedly connected with limiting rods. An inner insulating layer is arranged between every two adjacent limiting rods, heating blocks are arranged between the inner insulating layers and conduction gaskets, heating can be achieved, meanwhile, heat conduction can be facilitated through the conduction gaskets, power supply enables the heating blocks to conduct heating, and due to the fact that the heating blocks are evenly distributed on the inner insulating layers and first through holes are formed in a filling layer, the heating effect is good. Heating energy is distributed on the surface of the outer carbon plate in a dotted mode, the problem that a material plate is prone to icing when used in the air can be solved, meanwhile, the supporting blocks and the connecting pieces are arranged in the inner carbon plate, the inner carbon plate and the outer carbon plate are both made of carbon fibers, the weight is greatly reduced, and the control precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种航空技术用复合加热材料板,包括外碳板,碳板设置有两个,两个外碳板相对的一侧均固定连接有外绝缘层,外绝缘层一侧固定连接有填充层,填充层远离外绝缘层一侧固定连接有传导垫片,传导垫片上固定连接有限位杆,两两相邻的限位杆之间设置有内绝缘层,内绝缘层与传导垫片之间设置有加热块,能够实现加热,同时通过传导垫片能够便于热量传导,电源供给使得加热块进行加热,由于加热块均匀分布在内绝缘层上,并通过填充层上设置的第一通孔,使得加热能量以点状分布在外碳板表面,能够解决材料板在高空中使用时容易遇到结冰的问题,同时通过在内碳板内设置支撑块及衔接件,内、外碳板均由碳纤维构成,极大减轻重量,提升操控精度。
