The invention discloses a split type side-hung motor and speed reducer structure for hub driving, which comprises a hub, a motor, a rotating shaft and a speed reducer, and is characterized in that the motor and the speed reducer are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the hub; the motor is connected with the rotating shaft and drives the rotating shaft to rotate, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the hub and is connected with the speed reducer; the speed reducer comprises a power input end and a power output end, the rotating shaft is connected with the power input end, and the power output end is connected with the hub; according to the scheme, a split type structure of the motor and the speed reducer is adopted, the motor and the speed reducer are installed on the two sides of the hub respectively, one side does not appear abrupt and heavy, and the appearance is improved; meanwhile, the weight on the two sides of the hub is more uniform, and the stress condition of the vehicle is effectively improved; in addition, the motor and the speed reducer are independent systems and are more convenient to maintain and replace, heat dissipation conditions of the driving motor and the speed reducer are improved, and the driving motor and the speed reducer do not influence each other.

    本发明公开了一种用于轮毂驱动的分体式侧挂电机与减速器结构,包括轮毂、电机、转轴以及减速器,所述电机和所述减速器分别设置在所述轮毂的左右两侧;所述电机与所述转轴连接并驱动所述转轴转动,所述转轴穿过所述轮毂并与所述减速器连接;所述减速器包括动力输入端和动力输出端,所述转轴与所述动力输入端连接,所述动力输出端与所述轮毂连接;本方案采用电机和减速器分体式的结构,将两者分别安装在轮毂的两侧,不会使某一侧显得很突兀和笨重,提升外观;同时,使轮毂两侧的重量更均匀,有效改善了车辆的受力情况;另外,电机与减速器为单独的系统,维修与更换都更为便捷,改善了驱动电机和减速器的散热条件,使两者互不影响。
