本发明公开一种拳端焊接式车桥、制造方法及工程车辆,拳端焊接式车桥包括车桥主轴和拳端件,车桥主轴包括主轴段、第一外延板和第二外延板,第一外延板和第二外延板均自主轴段的一端向外延伸并相对间隔设置,拳端件置于第一外延板和第二外延板之间并包括内端部和外端部,外端部分别与第一外延板和第二外延板贴合设置并焊接连接,内端部在错开第一外延板和第二外延板的方向上分别与主轴段焊接连接,则可以使得车桥主轴与拳端件的焊缝在不同方向上错开设置,从而可以达到避免焊缝应力集中以及在焊缝处出现开裂的目的,同时还可以减少焊接的层数和道数,无需严格控制层间温度,缩短了焊缝冷却等待时间,提升了生产效率。
