The invention provides an intelligent device for testing the fatigue resistance of a flight rudder wing, and the device comprises a data collection module which is used for obtaining the detection data of the flight rudder wing, and the detection data comprise image detection data and vibration detection data; the result acquisition module is used for performing data analysis on the detection data to obtain a final test result; and the anti-fatigue analysis module is used for obtaining the actual anti-fatigue degree of the flight rudder wing based on the parameter difference and the ideal anti-fatigue degree of the flight rudder wing after the parameter difference of the flight rudder wing is confirmed according to the final test result. According to the invention, the anti-fatigue test of the flight rudder wing is automatically completed through intelligent equipment, the labor cost is saved, whether the flight rudder wing can be continuously used or not is rapidly determined through the anti-fatigue test, the detection time is saved, the safety of flight of the flight rudder wing is ensured, and the detection efficiency of the flight rudder wing is improved.
