An upper sliding groove I is formed in the bottom face, close to the left side, of the interior of the sliding plate, an upper sliding groove II is formed in the bottom face of the middle of the sliding plate, a spring is fixedly connected to the left side face of the upper sliding groove II, a pressing plate is fixedly connected to the right side face of the upper sliding groove II, and an air bag is fixedly connected to the left side face of the pressing plate. Through inertia of goods, balls slide in the upper and lower sliding grooves I, meanwhile, a sliding plate is used for driving a pressing plate to move to extrude an air bag, movement of the sliding plate can stretch a spring, and at the moment, potential energy of the spring and gas in the air bag are used for buffering the inertia of the goods; therefore, the probability of rollover of the goods due to inertia is reduced.
本发明涉及AGV技术领域,且公开了一种重载牵引型AGV,包括底板和滑板,所述底板内部靠左的顶面开设有下滑槽Ⅰ,所述下滑槽Ⅰ的内部活动放置有滚珠,所述底板内的中部开设有下滑槽Ⅱ,所述下滑槽Ⅱ的底面靠左固定连接有挡板,所述滑板内部靠左的底面开设有上滑槽Ⅰ,所述滑板中部的底面开设有上滑槽Ⅱ,所述上滑槽Ⅱ的左侧面固定连接有弹簧,所述上滑槽Ⅱ的右侧面固定连接有压板,所述压板的左侧面固定连接有气囊。本发明通过货物的惯性,致使滚珠在上下滑槽Ⅰ的内部滑动,同时利用滑板带动压板移动,对气囊进行挤压,滑板的移动会对弹簧进行拉伸,此时利用弹簧的势能和气囊内部的气体对货物的惯性进行缓冲,从而减小货物受惯性发生侧翻的概率。
