The invention relates to a parking lot charging management method based on dual-network hot standby and a storage medium, and belongs to the field of smart parking lots, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a wired network state of a local area network of a parking lot; if the state is the network disconnection state, working states of all the identification terminals are obtained, and a working terminal is obtained based on the working states; switching the wired network state to a wireless network state based on a preset target identification terminal, and taking the target identification terminal as a central networking node of a local area network; obtaining identification materials which are used by the working terminal to identify and store the in/out vehicle, and transmitting the identification materials to the target identification terminal through the local area network; sending the identification material to a preset parking lot platform based on the target identification terminal; and obtaining a control instruction based on the target identification terminal, and sending the control instruction to the working terminal through the local area network, so that the working terminal makes passage judgment based on the control instruction. The method has the effect of effectively improving the passing efficiency of the parking lot.
