The invention discloses a manufacturing and mounting method of a full-revolving propeller base, and relates to the technical field of ship construction, and the manufacturing method of the full-revolving propeller base comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing a universal jig frame of the propeller base; s2, jointed board welding; s3, completing sample punching line assignment on the base panel; s4, the base cylinder is rolled to be round, and welding is completed; s5, the base cylinder is welded to the base panel; s6, a base radiant panel is installed on the outer side of the base cylinder; and S7, the propeller base assemblage is temporarily fixed to the subsection to which the assemblage belongs. The invention discloses a mounting method for a base of a full-revolving propeller. The mounting method comprises the following steps that S1, a ship body folding datum line is bowed in a dock; s2, propeller base reference line returning; s3, a propeller base mounting positioning steel wire is arranged; and S4, the propeller base assemblage is finally positioned and installed, and the propeller base assemblage is folded and welded. The manufacturing precision and the mounting precision of the propeller base assembly can be effectively controlled, and the construction quality of the full-revolving propeller equipment base is improved.
