The invention relates to a large-span flexible supporting bulkhead structure and a design method, and belongs to the technical field of ship design and manufacturing. Comprising the following steps: adopting a uniform vertical skeleton structure without a vertical truss; discontinuous horizontal stiffeners are arranged in an area with large compression stress caused by bending of the high web beam; a door and a window are not arranged in an area with large shear stress at the end part of the supporting bulkhead, and the thickness of an end bulkhead plate is increased; the plate thickness is increased for large opening areas of doors and windows; the upper end and the lower end of the vertical stiffener for supporting the bulkhead are effectively connected with a deck structure, and transition connecting structures are arranged at the supporting ends on the two sides of the bulkhead. By arranging the uniform vertical stiffeners and adopting the thin plates and the small ribs to support the bulkhead in a lightweight mode, the requirements for bending resistance, shear strength, rigidity and stability are met. The component size of a cabin enclosure bulkhead can be greatly reduced, the span of a top deck and a bottom deck is shortened, the size of a double-deck and bulkhead structure is reduced, the effective floor height and the effective cabin area are increased, and the structural weight is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种大跨度柔性支撑舱壁结构及设计方法,属于船舶设计制造技术领域。包括采用不设竖桁的均匀垂向骨架结构型式;在高腹板梁弯曲引起的压缩应力大的区域内设置间断水平扶强材;在支撑舱壁端部剪切应力大的区域,避免设置门和窗,且增加端部舱壁板厚度;对门窗类大开口区域增加板厚;支撑舱壁垂向扶强材上下端与甲板结构进行有效连接,舱壁两侧支撑端设有过渡连接结构。本发明通过设置均匀垂向扶强材,采用薄板、小筋轻量化支撑舱壁结构型式,满足抗弯、抗剪强度、刚度和稳定性要求。可以大幅减小舱室围壁的构件尺寸,缩短顶甲板和底甲板跨度,使得双层甲板和舱壁结构尺寸降低,提高有效层高和有效舱室面积,大幅减轻结构重量。
