An electromechanical brake booster (1) according to the present invention is provided with a housing (10) comprising a cylindrical outer shell (11) and an annular bottom plate (12), and a plurality of struts (100) which are erected between the outer shell (11) and the bottom plate (12), and which hold a holder (90) so as to be non-axially rotatable and axially movable by means of the struts (100). And a reset spring (110) is arranged outside the support column (100).
