The invention discloses a non-pneumatic tire and a design method thereof.The tire sequentially comprises a tread pattern, a tread, a V-shaped supporting structure and a tire inner ring, the V-shaped supporting structure is formed by sequentially arranging and connecting multiple V-shaped supporting bodies end to end, each V-shaped supporting body is composed of two upper edges, two lower edges and a high edge, the upper edges are connected with the tread, and the lower edges are connected with the high edge. The lower edges are connected with the tire inner ring, half of the supplementary angle of the included angle between the two lower edges is the inclination angle of the V-shaped supporting body, and the high extension line passes through the geometric center of the tire. The cross sectional areas of the radial sections of the non-pneumatic tire are equal everywhere, so that the radial materials of the tire are uniformly distributed. When the tire touches the ground at different points, the stress condition and the displacement deformation of the tire are similar, so that the sinkage is similar, and the running stability of the vehicle is higher. According to the design method, the tire width W, the flatness ratio AR and the tire inner diameter D are preliminarily determined according to vehicle requirements, market tire specifications and the like, calculation is carried out in combination with strength requirements, and the design method can be suitable for tires with multiple purposes.

    本发明公开一种免充气轮胎及其设计方法,轮胎依次包括胎面花纹、胎面、V形支撑结构、轮胎内圈,所述V形支撑结构由一个个V字形支撑体依次排列、首尾相连而成,V字形支撑体由两个上边、两个下边和一条高组成,上边与胎面相连,下边与轮胎内圈相连接,两下边夹角的补角的一半为V字形支撑体的倾斜角,高的延长线经过轮胎几何中心。本发明免充气轮胎径向切面横截面积处处相等,则轮胎径向材料分布均匀。当轮胎不同点着地时,轮胎受力情况、位移形变相仿,故下沉量相仿、车辆行驶稳定性较高。本发明设计方法是根据车辆要求、市场轮胎规格等初步确定轮胎宽度W、扁平比AR、轮胎内径D,再结合强度要求进行计算,设计方法可以适应于多种用途的轮胎。
