The lifting mechanism is mounted on the robot body through the mounting mechanism, and the driving tracks are mounted on two sides of the robot body through track wheels. After the whole equipment moves to the front of the garbage can, the hydraulic oil cylinder can be started, the detection pressing plate can move downwards after the hydraulic oil cylinder is started, when much garbage is stored in the garbage can, the detection pressing plate cannot move to the bottom of the garbage can, and at the moment, the infrared displacement sensor detects that the movement distance of the detection pressing plate is short; therefore, whether garbage in the garbage cans is dumped or not is judged, and manual inspection of the garbage cans in the community is replaced.
