Each rotor mechanism comprises a sleeve arranged on the ring body in a sleeving mode, a position adjusting assembly installed on the sleeve and driving the sleeve to move on the ring body, and a power assembly installed at the top of the sleeve and capable of rotating relative to the sleeve to be parallel to or perpendicular to the top face of the base. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle capable of rotatably replacing and protecting the rotor wings and the using method thereof, the rotor wings can be replaced in the flying process, and the problems that the rotor wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle fall off after being damaged in the flying process and the unmanned aerial vehicle can conveniently pass through a narrow area are solved.
