According to the intelligent driving control system and the vehicle, when the vehicle works in an energy-saving mode, a main controller stops operation of a first sensor set and ends driving control over the vehicle, and a redundant controller conducts vehicle driving control according to information detected by a second sensor set connected with the redundant controller; therefore, the energy consumption of the main controller and the first sensor set is reduced, the energy consumption required by intelligent driving control is reduced while the driving safety of intelligent driving is guaranteed, and the cruising ability of the vehicle is further improved.
