Based on the technical problem, the invention provides a vehicle power control method and device, electronic equipment and a readable medium. The method comprises the steps that the vehicle is controlled to enter a double-pedal control state according to the position of a gear shifting rod of the vehicle, the power opening degree of a power pedal and the brake opening degree of a brake pedal; when the vehicle is in the double-pedal control state, the activation sequence of a power pedal and a brake pedal is detected; and according to the vehicle speed and the activation sequence of the vehicle, an opening threshold value is determined, and the power opening degree is adjusted according to the opening threshold value, so that power output by the vehicle is controlled. According to the method, under the condition that a user does not need to carry out precise control and complex operation on the power opening degree to activate the double-pedal control function, the usability of the vehicle function is improved, meanwhile, unexpected actions caused by too high vehicle power are avoided, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
