The invention provides a demand mediation device, a vehicle and a demand mediation system, which can restrain different driving paths of vehicles when a vehicle group of a plurality of vehicles is driven to a common destination. A demand mediation device (40) manages a vehicle group in which a plurality of vehicles are grouped, sets a common destination of the vehicle group, and generates and transmits a travel route from a current position of each of the vehicles to the common destination to each of the vehicles so that the travel routes of the vehicles overlap each other.
