The invention provides a flying body which can enable a falling fuselage to be in a preset posture and can unfold a parachute more normally. The invention relates to a rotorcraft. This rotorcraft is provided with: a parachute mechanism for releasing a parachute in a predetermined direction; and a posture control unit for placing the fuselage in a specific posture when the parachute is released. According to the structure, the parachute can be unfolded in a posture suitable for unfolding of the parachute, so that damage caused by falling of the flying body can be reduced.
