The invention discloses a shell, a controller assembly, an electric driving system and a vehicle. The technical problem that an existing electric appliance cooling structure is complex is solved. A shell is provided with an installation cavity used for installing electric equipment, the shell is provided with at least two windows communicating with the installation cavity and the external environment, and the at least two windows are distributed on the opposite side faces of the shell; the at least two windows are covered with the waterproof breathable films, and the two oppositely-arranged waterproof breathable films can form'cross ventilation 'in the mounting cavity of the shell through air flowing from the air inlet grille in the automobile running process to take away heat. According to the shell provided by the invention, the waterproof breathable films which are oppositely arranged are mounted, so that the electric equipment mounted in the shell can be directly cooled by utilizing airflow in the running process of an automobile, a fan or a water cooling plate does not need to be additionally arranged, the structure of the shell is obviously simplified, the size of the shell is reduced, and the cost is reduced; and the waterproof and sealing requirements of the interior of the shell can be met by utilizing the better waterproof performance of the waterproof and breathable film.
