The invention relates to the technical field of parking detection, and particularly discloses a three-network single-card geomagnetic parking space detection system and method, and the method comprises the steps: regularly receiving a parking space state which is uploaded by a geomagnetic end and contains time information; obtaining video information according to a preset inspection rule, and determining a reference state of each parking space according to the video information; counting the parking space state of the geomagnetic end, comparing the parking space state with the reference state, and positioning an abnormal geomagnetic end according to a comparison result; and sending an emergency instruction to the abnormal geomagnetic end. According to the invention, the operation data uploaded by the geomagnetic terminal is uniformly received at regular time through the acquisition terminal, the real-time uploading process of the geomagnetic terminal is converted into an optional interval uploading process, on the basis, a video acquisition function is added, the state of each parking space is judged from the visual angle, and then whether the geomagnetic terminal is abnormal or not is judged; according to the invention, while the data transmission pressure is reduced, the geomagnetic terminal is controlled, and the working efficiency and the risk resistance of the geomagnetic equipment are greatly improved.

    本发明涉及停车检测技术领域,具体公开了一种三网单卡地磁车位检测系统及其方法,所述方法包括定时接收地磁端上传的含有时间信息的车位状态;根据预设的巡检规则获取视频信息,根据所述视频信息确定各车位的参考状态;统计地磁端的车位状态并与所述参考状态进行比对,根据比对结果定位异常地磁端;向异常地磁端发送应急指令。本发明通过采集端定时的统一接收地磁端上传的运行数据,将地磁端的实时上传过程转换为可选地间隔上传过程,在此基础上,增设视频获取功能,从视觉角度对各个车位的状态进行判定,进而判断地磁端是否存在异常;本发明降低数据传输压力的同时,对地磁端本身也进行了管控,极大地提高了地磁设备的工作效率及抗风险性。
