The invention provides a traffic risk characterization and evaluation method, device and equipment for an urban road intersection. Combining the traffic conflict frequency and the conflict severity to construct a traffic risk index; a smoke plume diffusion model is introduced to simulate the propagation diffusion process of conflict point traffic risks to neighborhoods, and the risk distribution of the whole region of the intersection is represented; on the basis of the intersection risk distribution, an intersection fine traffic risk multi-dimensional hierarchical evaluation system is implemented, and the system mainly comprises an overall risk based on the area, a path traffic risk based on a single movement track and a traffic mode risk based on multiple tracks. According to the intersection global traffic risk quantitative model and the multi-dimensional hierarchical evaluation system constructed by the invention, risk evaluation in a single-path or group traffic mode is enabled through a risk field simulation method, and the method is expected to play an important support role in future urban risk analysis; therefore, technical guarantee is provided for development and construction of intelligent automobiles, intelligent traffic, safe travel and novel intelligent cities.

    本发明提出了一种城市道路交叉口的交通风险表征与评估方法、装置及设备。结合交通冲突频率和冲突严重程度构建交通风险指标;引入烟羽扩散模型模拟冲突点交通风险向邻域的传播扩散过程,表征交叉路口全域的风险分布;基于该交叉口风险分布,实施交叉口精细交通风险多维度的层次评价体系,主要包括基于面积的整体风险、基于单个运动轨迹的路径交通风险、基于多个轨迹的通行模式风险。本发明构建的交叉路口全域交通风险量化模型和多维度层次评价体系,通过风险场模拟方法赋能单路径或群体交通模式下的风险评估,有望为未来的城市风险分析起到了重要的支撑作用,进而为智能汽车、智慧交通、安全出行及新型智慧城市的发展建设提供技术保障。
