The specific implementation scheme is as follows: acquiring a first traffic flow of a target road and acquiring a first traffic capacity of the target road, wherein the first traffic capacity is the traffic capacity of the target road in the absence of a traffic event; determining a first service parameter of the target road based on the first traffic flow and the first traffic capacity; acquiring a second traffic flow and a second traffic capacity of the target road in the presence of the traffic event; determining a second service parameter of the target road based on the second traffic flow and the second traffic capacity; and evaluating the traffic influence degree of the traffic event on the target road based on the first service parameter and the second service parameter.
