The invention discloses an SOC correction method of a power battery. The method comprises the following steps: calibrating a capacity increment wave crest-SOC relation table in constant current charging; in the slow-charging constant-current charging stage, whether the minimum voltage string and the charging current are within a preset range or not is judged; if yes, dQ/dVmin is calculated every other preset voltage; when the dQ/dVmin has a maximum value, searching an SOC value corresponding to the calibrated wave crest position in the capacity increment wave crest-SOC relation table; judging whether the difference between the SOC value displayed by the instrument and the SOC value corresponding to the calibrated peak position is greater than a preset amplitude or not; and if yes, correcting the SOC value according to the difference between the SOC value displayed by the instrument and the SOC value corresponding to the calibrated peak position. According to the SOC correction method of the power battery, the corresponding relation between the position of the peak of the capacity increment curve and the SOC is established, the SOC is corrected in the slow-charging constant-current stage, and the problem that the SOC cannot be determined due to long-term shallow charging and shallow discharging is solved.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池的SOC修正方法,包括:恒流充电中标定容量增量波峰‑SOC关系表;慢充恒流充电阶段,判断最低电压串和充电电流是否处于预设范围内;若是,则每隔预设电压计算dQ/dVmin;在dQ/dVmin出现最大值时,在容量增量波峰‑SOC关系表中查找标定的波峰位置对应的SOC值;判断仪表显示的SOC值与标定的波峰位置对应的SOC值的差值是否大于预设幅度;若是,则根据仪表显示SOC值与标定的波峰位置对应的SOC值的差值修正SOC值。本发明的动力电池的SOC修正方法,通过建立容量增量曲线波峰的位置与SOC的对应关系,在慢充恒流阶段修正SOC,解决长期浅充浅放无法确定SOC的问题。
