When the moment of inertia needs to be adjusted, the moment of inertia is changed by changing the distance between the balancing weight and the rotating shaft, the balancing weight is separated from the threaded sleeve firstly, the threaded sleeve is rotated, the threaded sleeve moves in the axis direction of the screw rod, the position of the threaded sleeve is changed, and the threaded sleeve is connected with the balancing weight after reaching a designated position. The moment of inertia is changed by changing the distance between the balancing weight and the rotating shaft; the value of the rotational inertia is adjustable within a certain range, so that the rotational inertia of different aircraft control surfaces can be simulated; meanwhile, the structure is simple, complex parts are avoided, the machining period is short, cost is low, and installation and adjustment are convenient and fast.
