A controller is connected with an alarm, an unauthorized button and a distance detection sensor; the unauthorized button is used for generating an anti-collision basic height detection instruction after the anti-collision device is started and a pressing operation is detected; the controller is used for obtaining the height of an operator detected by the distance detection sensor according to the anti-collision foundation height detection instruction, determining the height of the anti-collision foundation according to the height of the operator, obtaining the distance, detected by the distance detection sensor, between the anti-collision foundation and an obstacle in the lifting direction in the lifting process of the shear forklift, and determining the height of the anti-collision foundation according to the distance. When the difference value between the distance and the anti-collision basic height does not meet the preset condition, an alarm instruction is generated; the alarm is used for giving an alarm when receiving the alarm instruction. The height of the anti-collision foundation can be calibrated according to the heights of different operators, and refined anti-collision protection on the operators in the working process of the aerial work platform is achieved.
