The invention relates to a lock clack type engine jet pipe capturing and releasing mechanism and method, and the mechanism comprises a capturing lock assembly which can be inserted into an engine jet pipe, and the capturing lock assembly comprises a capturing guide rod, a lock clack, a push rod and an elastic part; the capturing guide rod is provided with a through hole for the lock clack to penetrate through, one end of the lock clack is hinged in the capturing guide rod through a rotating shaft, and the other end of the lock clack protrudes out of the through hole; the push rod drives the lock petals to rotate along the rotating shaft, so that the lock petals are folded; the elastic piece abuts against the end of the lock clack, when the lock clack is folded inwards under the action of external force, the elastic piece is pushed to be compressed to store energy, and when the lock clack is not under the action of external force, the elastic piece serves as unlocking power to push the lock clack to be unfolded. The unfolding and folding assembly is connected with the capturing lock assembly and stretches out and draws back to drive the capturing lock assembly to move; and the positioning assembly is fixedly arranged at the end of the unfolding and folding assembly, and the positioning assembly abuts against the inner end face of the engine jet pipe to conduct supporting and leveling treatment on the engine jet pipe. A passive locking mode of a self-locking structure is adopted, and the capturing reliability is improved.

    本发明涉及一种锁瓣式发动机喷管捕获释放机构及方法,包括:捕获锁组件,能够插入到发动机喷管中,捕获锁组件包括:捕获导杆、锁瓣、推杆和弹性件;捕获导杆具有供锁瓣穿过的通孔,锁瓣的一端通过回转轴铰接在捕获导杆中,锁瓣的另一端突出通孔;推杆带动锁瓣沿回转轴转动,实现锁瓣的收拢;弹性件抵接在锁瓣的端部,当锁瓣受外力向内收拢时,推动弹性件压缩储能,当锁瓣不受外力时,弹性件作为开锁动力推动锁瓣展开;展收组件,与捕获锁组件连接,展收组件伸缩带动捕获锁组件移动;定位组件,固定设置在展收组件的端部,定位组件与发动机喷管内端面抵接,对发动机喷管进行支撑找平处理。本发明采用自锁结构被动的锁紧方式,提高捕获的可靠性。
