The inflatable expansion type asteroid landing adsorption mechanism comprises a detector main body; the pod is arranged at the bottom of the detector main body, a plurality of rollers are arranged in the pod, and the plurality of rollers are connected end to end; the inflation arm is wound on the roller, the inflation arm has a rolling state and an unfolding state extending out of the pod, the inflation arm comprises a supporting air bag and an inflation clamping ring, and the inflation clamping ring is arranged on the supporting air bag; the inflation tank is arranged in the pod and connected with the inflation arm; and the driving mechanism is connected with the roller, and the driving mechanism drives the roller to rotate so as to drive the inflation arm to be switched between the winding state and the unfolding state. The detector main body can realize stable landing, and the stable landing of the detector main body can be realized even under the condition that the surface environment of an asteroid is complex.
