The differential pre-tightening mechanism comprises an upper pre-tightening mechanism, a lower pre-tightening mechanism, a differential mechanism and a power assembly, and the input end of the differential mechanism is in transmission connection with the output end of the power assembly; the output ends of the upper pre-tightening mechanism and the lower pre-tightening mechanism are both provided with the driving assemblies, and the power assembly drives the upper pre-tightening mechanism and the lower pre-tightening mechanism through the differential mechanism so as to drive the corresponding driving assemblies to make contact with the inner surface of the sleeve. According to the differential pre-tightening mechanism, a single power source is used for achieving variable-diameter self-adaption of multiple pre-tightening mechanisms, the upper driving assembly and the lower driving assembly can make contact with the inner surface of a sleeve in any form at the same time, the effective contact force of the driving assemblies is greatly improved, meanwhile, the structure is simplified, reliability is improved, the scale of a control system is reduced, and cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种应用于套筒展开的差动预紧机构,包括上预紧机构、下预紧机构、差速机构、以及动力组件,差速机构的输入端与动力组件的输出端传动连接;上预紧机构和下预紧机构的输出端均安装驱动组件,动力组件通过差速机构分别驱动上预紧机构和下预紧机构以驱使对应的驱动组件与套筒内表面接触。本发明的差动预紧机构使用单动力源实现多预紧机构的变径自适应,可以实现上下驱动组件与任意形式的套筒内表面同时接触,在大幅提高驱动组件有效接触力的同时,简化了结构,提高了可靠性,降低了控制系统规模,降低了成本。
