According to the designed heavy-load light-weight aluminum alloy loading deck structure, a traditional plate rib welding structure is replaced with the integrally-extruded wall plates, welding deformation can be effectively reduced, the structural strength and rigidity can be effectively improved, longitudinal rib riding ribs are designed on the large-span longitudinal ribs to supplement the section modulus of aggregate, the structural strength under wheel mark loads and crawler loads is guaranteed, and the service life of the deck is prolonged. Meanwhile, the supporting column structure is adopted to reduce the structural weight, the structural strength under heavy loads such as wheel marks or crawler loads is met, the lightweight design requirement is met, and the mooring track which is extruded integrally is arranged to guarantee flexible mooring of the wheel type or crawler type vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种重载轻型铝合金装载甲板结构,由轻质纵向密骨架式板架和系留轨道组成,采用一体化挤压成型的整体挤压壁板替代传统的板筋焊接结构;大跨距的纵骨上设置纵骨骑筋,增加结构强度;采用支柱结构作为铝合金装载甲板与船体其他构件的连接结构;并设有系留轨道。本发明设计的重载轻型铝合金装载甲板结构采用整体挤压壁板代替传统的板筋焊接结构,可有效减少焊接变形,提升结构强度和刚度,并在大跨距的纵骨上设计纵骨骑筋补充骨材剖面模数,保证轮印载荷和履带载荷下的结构强度,同时采用支柱结构以减轻结构重量,在满足轮印或履带载荷等重载下的结构强度又满足轻量化设计要求,并设有整体挤压的系留轨道保证轮式或履带式车辆的灵活系固。
