The invention discloses a high-speed maglev track detection vehicle which comprises a vehicle body, and the vehicle body is provided with a sliding surface first detection sensor, a guide surface first detection sensor and a stator surface first detection sensor which are arranged in a manner that the detected contour lines are the contour lines perpendicular to the length direction of a track; and the sliding surface second detection sensor, the guide surface second detection sensor and the stator surface second detection sensor are arranged in a manner that measured contour lines are contour lines along the length direction of the track. According to detection data of a sliding surface first detection sensor, a guide surface first detection sensor, a stator surface first detection sensor, a sliding surface second detection sensor, a guide surface second detection sensor and a stator surface second detection sensor, the sliding surface is detected. Irregularity detection, deflection detection, rail gap detection and slab staggering detection of each functional surface (including a sliding surface, a guide surface and a stator surface) of the rail and cable installation condition detection can be realized, the detection is comprehensive, and the comprehensiveness is high.

    本发明公开了一种高速磁浮轨道检测车,包括车体,车体设有:滑行面第一检测传感器、导向面第一检测传感和定子面第一检测传感器,三者均被布置为所测得的轮廓线为垂直于轨道长度方向的轮廓线;滑行面第二检测传感器、导向面第二检测传感和定子面第二检测传感器,三者均被布置为所测得的轮廓线为沿轨道长度方向的轮廓线。根据滑行面第一检测传感器、导向面第一检测传感、定子面第一检测传感器、滑行面第二检测传感器、导向面第二检测传感以及定子面第二检测传感器的检测数据,能够实现对轨道各个功能面(包括滑行面、导向面、定子面)的不平顺性检测、偏转检测、轨缝检测、错台检测以及对电缆安装情况进行检测,检测全面,综合性强。
