The invention discloses a light truck battery replacing structure which comprises two battery replacing structures symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of a truck frame, and each battery replacing structure comprises a first battery support, a second battery support, a third battery support, a battery bracket, a plurality of battery packs, a high-low voltage wire harness matched with a quick-change connector (electricity) and a water pipeline matched with the quick-change connector (water). The battery packs on the left side and the right side of the frame are installed together through the integral battery bracket, so that it is judged that the multiple battery packs on the left side can serve as a whole and are equivalent to one battery pack, and therefore it can be achieved that no matter how many battery packs actually exist in the whole vehicle, the multiple battery packs can be equivalent to one battery pack on the left side and one battery pack on the right side. By means of the light truck battery replacing structure scheme, the problems that in the current market, the battery replacing cost of multiple packs is high, the whole truck design scheme is complex, the decommissioning echelon utilization energy storage end of the power battery is inconvenient to disassemble, and the disassembling cost is high can be effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种轻卡换电结构,其包括两个对称设置于车架左右两侧的换电结构,换电结构包括电池支架一,电池支架二,电池支架三,电池托架,多个电池包以及快换连接器(电)配套高低压线束,快换连接器(水)配套水管管路。本申请采用整体式的电池托架将车架左右侧电池包安装在一起,从而判断为左侧多个电池包可以作为一个整体,等同于一个电池包,这样就可以实现无论整车实际有几个电池包,都可以等同于左右各一个电池包考虑。本发明使用的轻卡的换电结构方案能有效解决现在市面多包换电成本较高、整车设计方案复杂,以及动力电池退役梯次利用储能端拆卸不便、拆卸成本高等问题。
