The invention discloses an automobile energy feedback type braking system, which relates to the technical field of automobile braking systems and comprises a mounting frame, a braking pedal, a high-frequency magnetic braking mechanism and a forced braking mechanism. The high-frequency magnetic braking mechanism and the forced braking mechanism are arranged on the mounting frame, intermittent intervention limitation is completed through driving of the transmission shaft on the sleeve and the bridge frame, wheel locking and slipping are avoided while deceleration braking of priority primary energy recovery is achieved, and the braking efficiency is improved. The two brake pressure plates are driven by the rack to be completely attached to the cambered surface of the upper end of the brake ring, so that feedback torque is further limited, and driving safety under the low-temperature wet and slippery working condition is guaranteed; a heating environment is created in the system through resistance sliding of the guide block in the track groove, the charging efficiency of energy feedback is improved, and the situation that the charging energy of a motor is too large due to the fact that the temperature is increased through electric energy in an energy supply system and recycled energy of too large feedback torque during braking is avoided in cooperation with horizontal and vertical two-way magnetoelectric conversion.

    本发明公开了一种汽车能量回馈式制动系统,涉及汽车制动系统技术领域,包括安装架、制动踏板、高频磁制动机构以及强制制动机构。本发明通过在安装架上设置高频磁制动机构和强制制动机构,通过传动轴在套筒和桥架的带动,完成间歇式的干预限制,实现优先初级能量回收的减速制动的同时避免车轮抱死打滑,再经齿条带动两个制动压盘完全贴紧于制动环上端弧面上完成对回馈扭矩进行进一步限制,保证低温湿滑工况下的行车安全;由导向块在轨道槽内的阻力滑动,在该系统内营造升温环境,提升能量回馈的充电效率,配合水平竖直的双向磁电转化,避免出现通过供能系统中的电能来升温,导致制动时过大回馈扭矩的回收能量对电机充电能量过大的情况。
