The novel aluminum alloy fuel tank structure comprises a tank body, a bracket of an L-shaped structure is matched with the outer side of the tank body, and the top end of the bracket is hinged to the top end of a pull belt of an L-shaped structure matched with the tank body; the bottom end of the drawstring is in inclined pre-tightening connection with the bottom end of the bracket through an inclined pre-tightening bolt; a lower rubber pad is arranged between the bracket and the box body; an upper rubber pad is arranged between the drawstring and the box body; vertically-arranged partition plates with flanges are fixedly arranged at the positions, corresponding to the brackets, of the inner wall of the box body; a plurality of raised ribs are uniformly distributed on a vertical partition plate body of the partition plate; a plurality of plug welding holes are uniformly distributed in the flange of the partition plate; the partition plate is connected with the box body into a whole through the plug welding holes; a first round hole is formed in the 90-degree bending part of the lower rubber pad; a second round hole is formed in the 90-degree bending position of the upper rubber pad. According to the novel aluminum alloy fuel tank structure, the stress at the welding seam of the partition plate, the welding time and the welding rod consumption are greatly reduced, and on the premise that the service life is met, the wall thickness of the partition plate and the wall thickness of the cylinder are reduced.

    本发明新型铝合金燃油箱结构,包括箱体,箱体外侧匹配有L形结构的托架,托架顶端铰接与箱体匹配的L形结构的拉带顶端;拉带底端通过倾斜设置的预紧螺栓倾斜预紧连接托架底端;且托架与箱体之间设有下橡胶垫;拉带与箱体之间设有上橡胶垫;箱体内壁对应托架处均固定设有竖直设置且带翻边的隔板;隔板竖直分隔板体均匀分布设有若干起筋;隔板翻边处均匀分布设有若干塞焊孔;隔板通过塞焊孔与箱体连为一体;下橡胶垫90°弯折处开设第一圆孔;上橡胶垫90°弯折处开设第二圆孔。本新型铝合金燃油箱结构,使隔板焊缝处应力、焊接工时、焊条消耗量得到较大降低,并在满足使用寿命的前提下,实现隔板、筒体壁厚的减少。
