The present invention provides a force transmission element for a frontal collision of a vehicle, in which the force transmission element is located in a gap between a door inner panel and a vehicle body, the door inner panel including a first side and a second side in a door thickness direction, the first side facing the front of the vehicle and the second side facing the rear of the vehicle, the gaps comprise a first gap between the first side surface and the vehicle body and a second gap between the second side surface and the vehicle body; the force transmission element at least comprises a connecting part and a rigid part, the force transmission element is fixed to the vehicle door inner plate or the vehicle body through the connecting part, and the rigid part abuts against the position between the vehicle door inner plate and the vehicle body so as to fill the first gap and the second gap. The force transmission element provided by the invention mainly plays a role when the vehicle has a head-on collision, protects a vehicle door bolt lock function, and ensures safe escape of people in the vehicle.
