The lower surface (19) of the secondary substrate (16) is at least partially covered by a second layer (23) comprising a second thermoplastic polymer, the lower surface (19) of the secondary substrate (16) of the photovoltaic unit (15) and the upper surface (12) of the primary substrate (11) being at least partially thermally welded.
