The invention discloses a temperature control integrated focal plane assembly suitable for a space remote sensing camera, and the assembly comprises a temperature control substrate which is provided with two installation surfaces, the two installation surfaces can conduct heat and are provided with a reinforcing structure, and the interior of the temperature control substrate is filled with a phase change material; the fixed seat is fixed on the temperature control substrate through a gasket, a heat conduction layer is arranged between the fixed seat and the gasket, a heat conduction layer is arranged between the temperature control substrate and the gasket, and a detector is fixedly connected to the fixed seat; and the structure of the hold-down part corresponds to that of the fixed seat, and the hold-down part can be detachably held down on the detector. According to the invention, the temperature control capability of the focal plane substrate is improved in principle, the device is suitable for heat dissipation of a high-power-consumption detector or a focal plane assembly which is large in thermal control design difficulty and limited in thermal control implementation space, and compared with a common solid-liquid phase change heat pipe, the contact thermal resistance is reduced, and the heat conduction efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种适用于空间遥感相机的温控一体化焦面组件,包括温控基板,其具有两个安装面,两个所述安装面均能够导热、并具有加强结构,且所述温控基板内部填充有相变材料;固定座,其通过垫片固定于所述温控基板上,所述固定座与所述垫片之间、以及所述温控基板与所述垫片之间均设有导热层,且探测器固定连接于所述固定座上;压持部,其结构与所述固定座相对应、并能够拆卸地压持在所述探测器上。本发明从原理上增加焦面基板的温控能力,适用于高功耗探测器散热,或热控设计难度大、热控实施空间有限的焦面组件,与常用的安装固‑液相变热管相比,减小接触热阻,增大导热效率。
