According to the collision event processing method and system, the roadside unit and the storage medium, the target detection model based on deep learning is applied to the roadside unit, and the preset range is monitored in real time through the camera at the roadside unit end; based on collected video data of all vehicles parked in a camera monitoring range and surrounding conditions thereof, whether a vehicle collision event exists is judged, if the collision event exists, corresponding vehicle information and video data of the collision event are extracted and integrated into a data packet, and the data packet is sent to a vehicle owner and a traffic management platform. According to the processing system, the vehicle collision event can be identified, key information can be extracted and submitted to a traffic management platform and a vehicle owner, the vehicle collision scene can be acquired in time, and a more objective and fair basis is provided for accident cause analysis and accident liability determination of the vehicle collision event. The system helps a vehicle owner to find an accident responsible person and helps a traffic police department to delimit responsibility, thereby reducing the loss of the vehicle owner.

    本发明方法提供碰撞事件处理方法,处理系统,路侧单元和存储介质,将基于深度学习的目标检测模型应用于路侧单元,通过路侧单元端的摄像头对预设范围进行实时监控,基于采集的摄像头监控范围内停靠的所有车辆及其周边情况的视频数据,进行判断是否存在车辆碰撞事件,若存在碰撞事件,则提取发生碰撞事件的对应车辆信息和视频数据,并整合成数据包分别发送至车主和交管平台,保证及时的获取车辆碰撞场景,为车辆碰撞事件的事故原因分析和事故责任认定提供更加客观公正的依据,通过本发明所述处理系统能够识别出车辆碰撞事件并提取关键信息提交到交管平台和车主,帮助车主找到事故责任人以及帮助交警部门进行责任划定,减少车主损失。
